Issue 2 of Comic Foundry is in Previews!
The second issue of Comic Foundry Magazine is in the new Diamond Previews (we made it in unscathed this time). We’re on stands in March (and will be quarterly this year), but go to your local store now and make sure they order a copy for you and your 50 closest friends.
Issue 2 marks a couple little changes — the good news is that we’re doing full color throughout the entire issue, which I think everyone can be happy about. But because the original page design was created to work with black and white printing, I had to go back and re-tweak the design concepts so the new color and new content would mesh well together. Part of that was also looking at the logo. Even though it goes against pretty much every branding rule imaginable, I redesigned the logo to coincide with the color redesign inside the book.
Content-wise…after the first issue came out we took a hard look at what worked and what didn’t and are trying to make those corrections in issue 2. So you’ll see some fun new additions including one that I’ll mention now — we’ve carved out room in the lineup to include reviews, something absent from the first issue.
More later…

Better proofreading too, yes?

Yep! Better everything. We’ll even be making better mistakes!

Can’t wait! Last issue was great. This one is going to knock it out the park!

Man, it must have taken a lot of airbrushing to make Fraction look so damned hunky.
