James Jean Art Book
While at the fabulous Rocketship party this past weekend I was flipping through James Jean’s fantastic new art book. The book itself is a work of art with fold-out pages and great printing. I was in even more awe when I turned the page and saw he included an illustration I assigned him for Complex Magazine. Very, very cool. I have a print of the same illustration in my apartment, and actually the anthology C’est Bon Kultur is using it as their cover right now.

I usually don’t do this

I’m usually not one for posting hype stuff I’m sent, but I have a certain soft spot for extruded typography. That’s why I look forward to checking out the Sundays Anthology at MoCCA this weekend.

My boy, Rollens, just expanded on his Watchmen tattoo. Try not to be jealous.
Bryan Lee O’Malley Redesigns His Site — Web Site
Scott Pilgrim creator Bryan Lee O’Malley redesigned his Web site, and it looks spiffy.
I have created a new website with Hamilton’s help. I think it’s nice!!!!!!! It has posts from my livejournal, and it shows thumbnails for my six most recent flickr uploads. I like it and I hope you do too. You might even be reading this post from it. I think that is sweet.
Check it!

Logo-a-go-go!
In the new issue of STEP MAGAZINE, there’s a nice little profile of Terry Marks. Who is Terry Marks? Great question.
He’s the prinicipal creative designer at TMarks Design, a frequent contributor to HOW Magazine, and his clients include Adobe, Microsoft…and DC Comics.
Here is some of Terry’s, which you’ve probably seen, if you didn’t know it was his..
(all rights to Terry, duh)

Check out his site for more info and pieces.
